The Caledonian Academy

The Action Research partnership between Caledonian Academy and Shell Learning runs from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2009.  during this period, the team will work with Shell Learning to identify ways in which learning at Shell can be transformed by radically improving the integration of learning and knowledge sharing: trialling and embedding three solutions to key challenges facing Shell at this time.

During this period, the team will visit Shell Learning in Rijswijk near The Hague in the Netherlands on a number of occasions. Between visits, regular contact will be maintained through virtual meetings (in second life) and teleconferences between the Glasgow and Rijswijk sites.
